This page explains where we deliver, how much delivery costs, how long it takes, and what to do if you need to change your address.
Where we deliver
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Your delivery time is made up of two parts: the time we need to prepare and pack your order, and the time the courier needs to deliver it.
• Processing time: 1 to 3 business days, to prepare and pack your order.
• Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days.
• Standard delivery: 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery time is processing time plus delivery time, and does not include weekends or public holidays. In total, that means Express orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days, and Standard orders within 3 to 8 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally a courier may be delayed, for example in bad weather or busy periods, and we will do our best to keep you informed if that happens.
Changing your delivery address
We cannot change the address on an order once it has been placed. Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay.
If you realise the address is wrong, place a new order with the correct address and email us straight away at info@maahahaircare.co.uk. If the original order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Problems with your delivery
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but it has not arrived, please see our Returns & Refunds page for what to do next, or email us at info@maahahaircare.co.uk.
